Who is responsible

L. Blanco (Luciano Tango), self-employed (autónomo), Argentine tango academy in Valencia. You can write to us at info@luciano-tango.es or call us on +34 657 47 36 38. The rest of the owner’s details are in the legal notice.

What data we process

The data you give us: your name, your phone number or email, and what you tell us in the form (whether you are coming alone or as a couple, your level, your message), on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We do not ask for sensitive data, and the site is not aimed at children under 14.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request and organise your classes. Legal basis: steps taken before a contract, or the contract you ask us for (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
  • To send you the guide and, if you tick the box, the month’s dates and our news. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
  • To meet our legal obligations, such as invoicing, if you sign up for classes (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Requests: as long as we need to answer you and, if you do not sign up, one year at most. Student data: for as long as the relationship lasts, then for the periods required by law. Data for our news: until you unsubscribe.

Who else can access your data

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, unless the law requires it. To provide the service we use providers who process the data on our behalf: the hosting of this website (OVH, in France), email (Google), sending emails and news (Brevo, by Sendinblue SAS, in France), the app we use to manage requests and students, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us that way. Until December 2026, our previous news list remains on Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., in the United States). Google, Meta and Intuit may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and for its portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@luciano-tango.es. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
